  • g carrots, grated
  • 2 small onion, grated
  • 1 chopped mixed nuts
  • 30 fresh breadcrumbs
  • g dried mixed herbs
  • 85 mushroom ketchup or Worcestershire sauce
  • g salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 small egg, beaten
  • tsp sunflower oil, for frying
  • 1 burger buns, cut in half
  • tbsp tomato ketchup or sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 slices Swiss cheese
  • pinch tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 shredded lettuce
  • 1 French fries and coleslaw, to serve
