  • 1/2 dark rum
  • 250 g (3 cups) quick cook oats
  • 150 g (1 cup) all purpose flour
  • 75 g (1/2 cup) whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup melted coconut oil
  • 175 g (1 cup) brown sugar
  • 200 g (1 cup) white sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 vanilla bean
