- ½ orange
- 2 pieces stem ginger, thinly sliced, optional

- 1 vanilla pod, halved lengthways and seeds scraped out
- 200 ml double cream
- 200 ml fat-free natural yoghurt
- 30 g icing sugar, sifted
- 100 g flaked almonds, toasted
