Party Pretzel Bites

INGREDIENTS

• 1 egg white, for egg wash
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour (plus more for dusting surfaces, etc.)
• fleur de sel
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 8 cups water
• 1/4 cup baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoons salt
• 3/4 cups warm water (around 105F)
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 3/4 tablespoons active dry yeast
