- 1 13.5-ounce can full-fat coconut milk (I used Chaokoh brand)
- 3 cups sugar
- 14 tablespoons unsalted butter (or Earth Balance vegan butter replacement)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
