- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lemon, juice of, divided

- 1 Tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
