As if a cream cheese pound cake was not rich enough, this one goes over the top with the addition of shredded coconut and chopped pecans.   And don’t forget the sugar glaze that’s drizzled over the top. For a special holiday occasion, garnish the cake

  • 1 1/2 cups butter, softened
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • Powdered Sugar Glaze (optional)
  • Sugared Rosemary (optional)
  • Sugared Cranberries (optional)
