- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 ounces (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened, plus more for tins
- 3 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Vanilla Cream
- Chocolate-Ganache Glaze
