Admittedly, part of the reason why I like to eat at sushi restaurants is for the tempura vegetables. They are crisp and delicious; however, they are also fried.

- 1 whole Yam, Peeled And Cut Into Thick Matchsticks

- 1 whole Zucchini, Cut Into 1/2 Inch Rounds
