  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • ½ tsp Chinese five-spice powder
  • 2 garlic
  • 2 sirloin
  • 2 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 1 medium red chilli
  • ½ onion
  • 1 small handful broccoli
  • 1 small handful mangetout
  • 1 small handful carrots
  • 1 small handful baby corn, halved
  • 300ml/11fl oz hot fresh beef or vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 spring onion
  • salt and ground white pepper
  • steamed jasmine rice
