  • 1 1/4 cup all purpose Gold Medal Flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal (yellow or white)
  • 2 Tb. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. chile powder (or paprika)
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 Tb. melted butter + extra butter for the griddle
  • For the Avocado Cream:
  • 1 - 7 oz. package of original Wholly Guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream
