- 1/2 tsp. chile powder (or paprika)
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tb. melted butter + extra butter for the griddle
- For the Avocado Cream:
- 1 - 7 oz. package of original Wholly Guacamole
- 1 cup sour cream
