- 500 mustard
- ml horseradish sauce
- 1 anchovies
- tbsp lemon, zest only
- 1 handful of breadcrumbs
- tbsp of spring onion
- 2 capers
- 1 chilli flakes or 1 small green chilli sliced
- 1 salt & pepper
- 2 bunch of dill, finely chopped
- tbsp bunch of mint, finely chopped
- 1 cucumber, deseeded and shredded
- tsp handful pita breads
- 1 bowl salad to accompany
