- 1/8 tsp ground turmeric (for color)
- 1 bay leaf
- 64 oz. low-sodium chicken stock
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Pepper to taste
- Dumplings:
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 Tb. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tb fresh thyme leaves, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 3/4 cup whole milk
