• 1 Freshly ground black pepper
• pinch Large baking potatoes
• 1 Butter, cut into 5-6 slices
• pinch Sprigs of thyme
• 4 Garlic cloves, chopped
• 200 Unsalted butter
• g Olive oil
• 3 Large onion, chopped
• 20 Chopped thyme
• g Beef stock
• 2 Whipping cream
• tsp Chanterelle mushrooms
• 1 Unsalted butter
