- 2 caster sugar
- 1.2 small Thai chilli, de-seeded and chopped fine
- l Nam pla (fish sauce)
- 1 Alan Coxon`s Ancient Greek vinegar (or alternatively, rice wine vinegar)
- tbsp soy sauce
- 1 purple sprouting basil, roughly torn (16 leaves)
- tsp lightly crushed peanuts
- 1 bean sprouts
