- 3 cups shredded "Mexican style" cheese blend
- Optional Toppings:
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 ripe avocado chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
