- 1 serrano chile, seeded and minced
- 1 Tb. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- For the Pineapple Mustard:
- 2/3 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1 Tb. honey
- 1 small garlic clove
