Sticky maple pork with apples

INGREDIENTS

• 600g pork fillets
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 eating apples , cored and cut into eighths
• 1 garlic , crushed
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tbsp white or red wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
