- 2 tbsp milk
- For the filling:
- 6 tbsp strawberry, raspberry or blackcurrant jam (your choice!)
- 284ml double cream (usually one carton)
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- To finish:
- 1 tsp icing sugar to dust
