  • 5 ounces sugar (divided into 3 and 2 ounces)
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons butter or ghee
  • 2 peaches, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces or thinner
