  • 1.5 lbs apricots, seeds removed and quartered
  • 1 lb fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons pure cane sugar
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten free if needed)
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds and/or walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • serve with Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup
