• 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour or white whole wheat
• 1 tabelspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
• 1/4 cup walnut oil*
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
