- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries, coarsly chopped
- 3/4 cup pecans, toasted and coarsely chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract or seeds scraped from 1 vanilla bean*
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
