Make quick and easy homemade Mango Salsa with fresh mango, cucumber, cilantro, and scallions for a vibrantly healthy, flavorful side dish.



INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups chopped mango (see my post How to Cut a Mango )
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • ¼ cup minced cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon minced scallions
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon chipotle powder
