Turkey Curry Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

• 1 green onion sliced in half lengthwise and chopped
• vegetable oil
• 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
• juice of 1/2 a lime
• 1 shallot, chopped fine
• 1/2 a red jalapeno seed removed, minced
• 1 large egg
• 1.3 pounds ground turkey
• 3 tablespoons panko
• 1 inch hunk of ginger minced
• 2.5 teaspoons curry powder (I used Penzey's Singapore Seasoning)
