• 1 cup toasted chopped pecans
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Your favorite pie crust recipe, enough for one 9-inch crust
• 1 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
