  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cups quinoa, rinsed
  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup half and half
