- 2 heads of romaine lettuce (or how ever many you are serving)
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 4 ounces good goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons good quality mayonnaise
