  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 7 ounces dark chocolate
  • 2 large eggs
  • For the semifreddo:
  • 1 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate broken into small pieces
  • 1 teaspoon salt
