• 1 14 1/2-ounce can low-salt chicken broth
• 3/4 to 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco)
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1/2 pound skinless boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 14 1/2-ounce can diced tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
• 1 cup sliced frozen whole okra
