• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 tablespoons boiling water
• 1 cup strong coffee, cooled
• 1 cup molasses
• 3 egg whites
• 1 pinch cream of tartar
• 4 Tb sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
