DESCRIPTION
These buns are a rather new discovery of mine. I tried them out at a New Years party, they were devoured. People love these, they are great if you are having a lot of people because it makes such a large amount of them. Make them once at the beginning of the week and the yield will last you for 2 weeks if refrigerated.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon dried yeast
- 5 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar or 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 13 cups all-purpose flour, preferably unbleached,approximately
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar or 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup ground cinnamon
