Conventional BBQ with an unexpected twist.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 -6 lbs fresh beef brisket, well trimmed
- 1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite)
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup liquid smoke (Colgin's is best)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 10 -15 tortillas
