DESCRIPTION

If you love traditional Korean beef or teriyaki marinades you’ll go for this quick change up using kiwi. Gives a little sweet surprise and tang. Try it on chicken, fish or beef and remember to reserve a little for dipping!



INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Reduced Salt Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 whole Kiwi, Peeled And Finely Diced
  • 3 whole Green Onions, Finely Chopped
