A good basic cole slaw! Have been playing around with the mixture a few times now and finally wrote it down.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 large cabbage, shredded
- 3 -4 carrots, shredded
- 2 -3 shallots, finely chopped (or 1 onion)
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 -4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 -2 teaspoon salt
- 2 -3 teaspoons pepper
