DESCRIPTION
This is so good along side a sandwich or even a meat dish. I didn't use mayo, but Italian dressing, large macaroni, cheddar cheese, salt-n-pepper, chopped carrot and added peppers
INGREDIENTS
- 1 small head lettuce
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet gherkin
- 1 cup cooked English pea
- 3 medium Tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 1 cup cooked ham, cubed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
