- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cups grated carrots (fully packed)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 lb powdered sugar
