INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 cups grated carrots (fully packed)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 lb powdered sugar
