• 1 cup green seedless grape, halved
• 1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil leaf
• 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
• 2 teaspoons capers (or 2 teaspoons chopped green olives)
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
• 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
