- 2 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 2 teaspoons capers (or 2 teaspoons chopped green olives)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
