Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt, plain
  • 1 pinch fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3 egg yolks
  • optional 1 tbsp fresh dill or parsley
