- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup glazed almonds (instructions below)
- 3/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
