• 1 lb meatloaf mix (or equal parts of gound beef, pork, and veal)
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 cups beef broth, divided
• 1 tablespoon beef base
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
