  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 medium mango, roughly chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup salted cashews
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup white sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
