- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 (6-cup) standard non-stick muffin tin
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (about 1 lime)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cups sugar
