Spiced Pumpkin Loaf

Description

This recipe just screams fall and holidays to me. The orange marmalade cream cheese spread gives it a little something special.

Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup pumpkin, cooked and mashed (can use canned)
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 cup orange marmalade
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup sour cream
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
• 2/3 cup pecans, chopped
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
