INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 cup water (105-115 degrees)
- 2 tablespoons water (105-115 degrees)
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons walnut oil
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (unbleached)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (for kneading)
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- cornmeal (for sprinkling)
