  • 1/3 cup peanut butter (natural if you have it)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
