This recipe combines the taste of bananas, Orange and Spice. It is easy and quick. It gives a whole new meaning to the dish called Banana Bread.It makes 2 loafs or 1 big one that requires a little longer cooking time. I hope you will try it.

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (I use splenda)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 bananas, Large
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
