DESCRIPTION
To freeze, wrap each baked loaf in foil, then place in a zip-top plastic bag. They will keep about 3 months.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 1/4 cups bread flour, divided
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup soy flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 packages dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons each)
- 3 1/2 cups warm water (100° to 110°)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Cooking spray
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
