  • 1 (8-ounce) package pre-sliced mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup minced shallot (about 1 small)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, divided
  • 4 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup dry Marsala wine
  • 1/2 (1.8-ounce) package white cream sauce mix (such as Knorr)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
