• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons instant espresso
• 2 cups half-and-half
• 4 large egg yolks
• 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate baking squares, chopped
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Coffee Whipped Cream
